Interact with the townspeople as they populate the city, forging friendships with blacksmiths, sheriffs and preachers, falling in love with potential partners or blackmailing, kidnapping and murdering those who threaten you. Build your living room from scratch. Expand the walls, build brothels, opium dens, high-risk gambling dens, and railed porches. Buy and place spittoons, tables, chairs, handcrafted bars, pianos, chandeliers and diamond dust mirrors. Prosper within a complex economic system, accumulating alcohol, food, weapons and opium. Research a wide range of drinks and foods to serve to customers. Hire and manage staff from the city’s population, including waiters, cooks, waiters, prostitutes, croupiers, pianists and doormen. Help them reach their full potential or fire them and replace them with those more capable. Start with a strip of land and watch as a western city is built around it, attracting a large number of citizens and businesses. Take on the forces of nature, nosy customers, rabble-rousing preachers, rival outlaw gangs and more. At some point, you will be tested by stronger and more formidable nemeses in longer chains of events. Whatever you choose, you will face the consequences of your choices.
