A long, long time ago, a young man discovered an immensely powerful book of magic. Discovering his power piece by piece, his curiosity soon turned into obsession. Simply studying the tome was not enough. Before long, he used his findings to bring the world to life. Trees, flowers and mushrooms sprouted legs and jaws, longing for fresh meat. Wild animals were fused with humans and thrown into their labyrinth. The dead emerged from the long-forgotten ruins. And in the city corrupted by gold, his tongue poisoned the king’s ear. His obsession ultimately caused a tear in the veil: a portal to another place where unspeakable horrors lurk. Now they enter our world en masse, devastating villages. These unimaginable events have brought together heroes from all over the kingdom. Heroes like you. From this camp, we will push these creatures back to the afterlife and defeat this irredeemable sorcerer.
You start the game in the hero camp, where you must create your party and then go on a journey around the world choosing different areas. Choose each area based on your party’s strengths and weaknesses, draw adventure cards, roll dice, fight monsters, and reach the castle of chaos to defeat the sorcerer and his magic.
