Engage in card- and grid-based combat and take turns planning your party’s actions to optimize their abilities and defeat your enemies.
- Deploy your party: Your choice of characters significantly impacts your playstyle and toolkit for each battle.
- Study the enemy’s intention. Navigate the grid to avoid their attacks or risk staying in the line of fire to better shoot them.
- Inflict harmful status effects to exploit enemy weaknesses and combine them to trigger powerful reactions and gain additional effects.
Combine your character decks into a combat deck that showcases their strengths. Add new cards and unlock powerful upgrades as characters level up.
- Create new cards for your heroes with resources collected during the campaign.
- Upgrade cards with a branching card upgrade system. Each card has a unique progression tree that you can customize.
- Experiment with buildings! Tailor your decks to shape each hero’s playstyle. Store multiple decks at once and be prepared for any situation.
Meet a vibrant variety of playable characters, each with their own set of cards and a distinct play style. Their personalities range from stoic and solemn to cheerful and whimsical, but they are all deeply committed to saving their homeworld.
- Deploy protective barriers with Squig. Create holographic clones that also serve as cover or turrets.
- Hit your enemies with Norton. His electrical abilities can deal heavy damage from afar and he can charge them for even more power.
- Run across the field as Agama. With his quick limbs and wit, he is always in the right place at the right time.
After a mysterious force begins pulling spaceships out of the sky, death and destruction falls upon the frontier mining planet of Wolf Prime, littering its surface with rubble, rubble, and danger. Wolf Prime is a hub for species from across the known galaxy, all of which will play a role in the narrative and mystery at hand, but it’s up to you to solve the mystery behind the apocalypse and save Wolf Prime from imminent doom.
