CURE: A Hospital Simulator puts you in charge of a nighttime emergency room in the small town of Mercy, against the backdrop of a mysterious apocalyptic outbreak. This cooperative simulation challenges you to juggle fast-paced, high-risk emergency care with strategic hospital resource management. Whether you play alone or as a team with up to three friends, you must diagnose and treat patients with increasingly strange symptoms while managing beds, diagnostics, and supplies. Gameplay demands quick thinking and adaptability, as you prepare your hospital before each chaotic shift, balance your budget, and stock up on essential items to handle the increasing influx of patients and other unexpected threats. Beyond traditional healthcare, CURE pushes you into morally complex scenarios where not all patients are treatable, forcing you to make difficult decisions that may involve “doing the right harm.” The game uniquely combines first-person action with simulation management, requiring you to defend yourself from undead attacks while maintaining hospital operations. Integration with Twitch and Discord allows live audiences to actively participate by influencing the game and appearing as patient NPCs, creating a dynamic community-driven experience. Through progression and unlocks, you gain access to new medicines, diagnostic tools, weapons, and story elements, deepening the challenge and narrative as you strive to save lives in the midst of the apocalypse.
