Over the past few months, you have noticed strange occurrences around your property. Strange noises around your garden, something moving in the corner of your eye, strange lights appearing at night. You set traps and managed to capture something you can’t explain, but at a cost. Your family has disappeared. The police suspect that you had something to do with it. You must discover what happened to your family while keeping what lurks at bay. During the game, you must pay attention to the details of your home and property. Over time the objects will begin to alter in some way. Taking photographs of these alterations will correct them. Allowing too much disruption to occur will allow those lurking in the shadows to become more aggressive and closer to you. If you get caught, your game is over. In addition to the modifications, the police are also on their way to arrest you for your missing family. You will have about an hour before they arrive to complete what you need or you will be arrested and the game will be over. They cannot be saved, but some puzzles will be permanently unlocked after completing them twice. If you lose, you’ll have to restart the game, but all the puzzles and the order in which you complete them change every time!
What will you do while you play:
- Take photos of altered objects to return them to normal and prevent the lurking threat from getting closer.
- Solve puzzles throughout the house to unlock more areas and story elements to find out what’s going on.
- Solving all the puzzles will lead to their completion.
- All of the puzzles, item alterations, and horror elements are different each playthrough, allowing for multiple playthroughs that feel different each time.
- There will be multiple endings to achieve.
- There will be multiple difficulties and game modes to play. These include Standard, Hard, and Infinite.
- Standard difficulty is the intended way to play. After completing Standard, you will unlock the Hard difficulty and the Endless game mode.
- The Hard difficulty is intended to be very challenging, introducing many new modifications and changing the way all puzzles are solved from the Standard difficulty.
- Endless gameplay eliminates all the puzzles and has everything unlocked from the start. All your attention will be focused on fixing the mods, which will include standard and hard mods and additional (and more fun) mods exclusive to Endless. Mods will happen faster and faster until you can’t keep up!
- Statistics will be available to track your achievements across all game modes and difficulties.
- Achievements will be available to unlock.
