Daydreamy is an independent first-person 3D casual narrative adventure game that tells the story of Nela, a dreamy nine-year-old girl with a great imagination. The game begins when Nela is an adult and lives a boring and incomplete life, feeling that something is missing. But one day, during his move, he discovers his childhood adventure diary, where he had written all the fantasies and adventures he imagined. From that moment on, the game alternates between Nela’s childhood life, full of fantasies and adventures, and her adult life, in an attempt to recover her lost imagination.
In Daydreamy, the player explores the scenarios and participates in mini-games with different mechanics invented by Nela. The story is told in a mix of Nela’s real life and the imaginary worlds she invented as a child. In the game, childhood nostalgia is a recurring theme and you feel the excitement of when everything feels new for the first time.
Daydreamy invites players to immerse themselves in the story and explore Nela’s imaginary world to help her regain her imagination.
