The story you’ve been waiting for… is here. As the eldest son of the Katsuragi family, one of the most important magician families in Japan, Kiyotaka travels across the ocean to London with his little sister, Himeno, to study abroad at the Royal London Magic Academy, also known as Weather Vane. A sprawling underground academic city awaits Kiyotaka and Himeno when they first set foot in the fog-shrouded city of London. The academic city is located on an underground lake and is made up of three floating islands in the shape of a crescent moon. Many novice magicians from all over the world flock here to study their craft in an optimal environment. Kiyotaka begins to feel at ease in his new surroundings and soon the brothers are happily hanging out with their new friends at school. Living normal days, repeating them like a da capo, as if they were a dream… A story of meetings and farewells, and the story of how it all began.
