Recruit. Investigate. Infiltrate. A mysterious fog has spread over the plains surrounding M’Mar Castle, and the fog carries with it the smell of undeath. The plague draws closer to the Empire’s borders with each passing day, and they send an expedition to investigate, with disastrous results. The Empire’s remaining forces regroup and devise an alternative plan, this time based on concealment and infiltration. You take on the role of Envoy of the Empire, secretly serving the Grimoire Council. You must assemble a small strike team to investigate what is happening and stop whatever evil lurks within Castle N’Mar. With the help of Karen, the Amazon Queen, and Apolimesho, the Archmage, you will need to recruit a team of people, united by a common goal, from all corners of Aravorn. You can convince dwarves, elves, Amazons, desert nomads, and river naga to join you.
