Creepy Castle is a side-scrolling exploratory RPG about an incredible moth, conveniently named Moth, who aims to uncover the vast secrets of a creepy castle. It’s a fresh and charming adventure that looks like a classic, but don’t be fooled by its retro appearance: it will kill you with its modern game mechanics. A variation on traditional turn-based combat, Duels offer players the opportunity to land free blows on their opponent if they perform well. However, players should not let their guard down outside of Duels, or they could allow Moth to be crushed by one of the castle’s many real-time dangers, like traditional run-and-jump platformers.
