Welcome to your new blacksmith shop! Don’t worry, you won’t have to swing a sword yourself – just hammer, haggle and hire reckless mercenaries who will be happy to stab for you.
The Loop (aka Your New Life):
- Create armor and weapons: The practice becomes permanent: the more you make, the better the item will be.
- Sell or equip: Customers may want that shiny helmet, but your mercenary swears he “needs it more.”
- Send mercenaries into the dungeon – they will fight and you will profit (hopefully).
- Gather loot and ingredients – then return to the forge to repeat the cycle of capitalism and monster destruction.
- Hire mercenaries: each with questionable classes, skills, and decision-making.
