Derek, an experienced detective with a dark past, receives a call from a mysterious applicant to check out a mansion on the outskirts of town. At first it seems like just a routine check, and Derek hopes to get it over with quickly and return home to continue his normal life.
Upon arriving at the scene, the detective realizes that everything is not going as planned.
