The clown is hungry is a comedy-horror game about delivering a pizza to a scary clown. Kat, the pizza girl, is already late for a party, but she has one more pizza to deliver late at night. The city is quiet, but this neighborhood seems sinister and creepy. Kat finds strange signs on the street warning about pizza and to never deliver pizza here. Kat decides she has to do her job anyway and ignores the warnings, but soon realizes they are there for a reason when she knocks on the door of the last house on the street, where the Clown lives. The game tells a comical and terrifying story: playing as Kat, the player must deliver the pizza to the scary Clown, but she keeps throwing it on the floor and has to make a new one before the Clown chases her. Find pizza toppings, food or other items, put them on a pizza and pray you don’t drop it in the next step. The Clown’s world is full of dangers and surprises: traps, mini-games, challenges, strange characters, monsters, puzzles and scares, all in a surreal and circus aesthetic.
