Cinnabunny is a cute cooperative game focused on running a bakery and living in a town with other buns. Inspired by games like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, Cinnabunny aims to be a relaxing and welcoming experience designed for gamers and non-gamers alike. It can be played locally by one or two players.
Oh no! Your cute hoppy bun family is fighting a terrible drought. They’ll be fine for a while, but your mother has given you the task of finding a new place for the family to live. After a long journey, you have found it! Welcome to Sugar Creek Burrows, a bun paradise. Run your new bakery and save so your family can move here too!
- Bake it until you’re done: Learn various recipes such as breads, cakes, and cookies. Make them your own by adding special combinations of supplemental ingredients like berries, nuts, or spices!
- Forage/Farm Ingredients: Different recipes require different ingredients. And a real baker will find or prepare those ingredients themselves! Plant wheat and make flour, search for Easter eggs in the forest, or even head to the caves to mine salt!
- Charm your community: Sugar Creek Burrows is a quaint town filled with fun and quirky buns. Unlock new dialogues as the relationship progresses and gift them your baked goods to discover their individual taste preferences.
- Decorate your bakery: Your bakery also serves as a home. Make your house a home by organizing your baking tools, adding furniture, and maximizing comfort.
- Bird Watching: Use your bird eyepieces to capture photos of the various bird species around Sugar Creek Burrows. With more than thirty species of birds to discover (each with real songs), you will have to travel the skies in different climates, seasons and times of day to find them all.
- Capture Recyclobots: Rowan, a scientist, added some robotic components to her trash in an attempt to solve the world’s trash problem. Alas, the experiment went terribly wrong! Use your web gun to capture all the rebel recyclebots.
- Pick Mushrooms: The town of Sugar Creek Burrows and its surrounding forests and caves are home to 40 different species of mushrooms. Become an expert mycologist!
- Improve your skills: Your bun has four basic skills in Cinnabunny: baking, foraging, bird watching, and recycling. Each time you successfully perform the skill, you will improve and gain unique bonuses as you level up.
System requirements
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system.
- OS*: Windows 10 (not tested on Windows 7, 8 and 11, but you know, it probably works)
- Processor: Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 3600
- Memory: 4GB RAM
- Graphics: GTX 1050 (you probably can’t run this on your mom’s generic laptop)
- Storage: 4 GB of available space
- Sound card: Yeah, I probably have one of those.
- Virtual reality support: No, I’m afraid bunnies in VR might make things too real and players would die from cuteness overload.
- Additional notes: Look, I’ll be honest with you, I’m a solo developer with marginal experience optimizing using a resource-intensive engine, so you’ll need a mid-tier gaming PC if you want to maintain good fps and visual fidelity.
