CiniCross is a dark fantasy roguelite focused on nonogram puzzles, also known as Griddlers. Players descend into a cursed dungeon where each solved puzzle brings them closer to formidable enemies and greater rewards. As the depth of the dungeon increases, so does the complexity of the puzzles, which range in size from 5×5 to 20×20 grids. Procedurally generated nonograms and dungeons ensure a unique experience on every playthrough, with multiple paths on each floor culminating in a challenging boss encounter. Each boss wields different abilities that require players to adapt their strategies and reconsider their approach to puzzles. Along the way, discover tents, campfires, and other locations that provide vital support for your journey. Artifacts and items play a crucial role in setting up the game, offering powerful effects such as automatically filling columns, increasing rewards or slowing down time. The combination of these effects creates devastating synergies that can change the course of a career. Every decision, mistake and missed moment has consequences, so time management and careful planning are essential.
