You are entrusted with the peculiar case of Victor Dousvalon. This old history professor is known for keeping his past life a secret, even from his own daughter Catherine. But a seemingly harmless accident motivates him to hire you to help Catherine trace the steps of her life. Why can’t you just tell him your own story? Why does Catherine, who has been so distant from her father these past few years, suddenly want to know about him? Your first case will be decidedly delicate… Anything goes to break the silence! Immerse yourself in the practical work of a detective: search through family documents, ask personal questions, call at inopportune times, and generally be nosy. Don’t watch the characters think for you, this is your time to demonstrate your deductive powers. Pick leads, follow them through, or stop when you think you have the right idea. But you’ll have to be convincing to force the silent ones to speak!
