chirality explores the intricate concept of hands and their symbolic meaning through the eyes of Jingchu Li, a Fine Arts student obsessed with painting hands. One day, Jingchu becomes captivated by a pair of beautiful hands featured in an advertisement, sparking an intense desire to find the mysterious hand model. However, his search is complicated by a series of chilling short-handed murders that shake up society and force Jingchu to stop his pursuit. As his life falls apart, he encounters a silent, enigmatic neighbor who seems to be watching him, and a music student who bears a striking resemblance to the elusive model but whom Jingchu is hesitant to approach. The peaceful atmosphere of the campus is shattered when Liang, Jingchu’s close friend and campus beauty, is found dead, becoming a victim of the ruthless hand-cutting killer. Suddenly, Jingchu becomes the prime suspect in the investigation, with the terrifying possibility that he may be the killer’s next target.
