Carmageddon is the original free-driving sensation, where pedestrians (and cows!) match the scores, and your opponents are a bunch of crazy people in a twisted mix of automotive killing machines. The game features anarchic drive-anywhere gameplay and over-the-top surreal comedy of violence. It’s the racing game where racing is for weaklings. Now the same Mac and PC classic that was BANNED WORLDWIDE is back! Carmageddon features real-world environments that have become killing fields, where locals remain on the streets at their own risk. In addition to using your car as a weapon, each level is filled with power-ups that have a variety of crazy effects, adding an extra level of madness to the proceedings. In each event you have the option to “play your way”… Eliminate all your opponents, kill all the pedestrians or (allow yourself to think about it) complete all the laps. Oh, and watch out: the cops in their super-tough armored patrol vehicles are on the prowl, and if they catch you misbehaving, they’ll attack you like several tons of cold pork.
