Combining elements from both genres, explore and expand a fantasy world made of cards to find artifacts, unique buildings, and new allies. Add buildings to your deck, then play with them to expand your empire, adding farms, cities, libraries, temples, ports… Once you’ve played the buildings, attach cards to them for additional benefits. City workers gain gold, temple idols draw cards, witches (and possibly their black cats) gain command points… Choose the right accessory for your particular synergies. Play as one of three factions. The King’s Lands are a balanced faction that synergizes well with large empires or wide appeal. Babylon is a construction-focused faction that attaches workers to buildings to customize their effects. The Faithless are a faction that revolves around gaining short-term advantages at the cost of adding harmful sin cards to their decks that must then be removed. Win in various ways, earning gold, invading your neighbors or making friends with them. Each faction has 5 victory cards, including unique victories specific to each faction. Unlock difficulty levels to add new obstacles to overcome and make the game fresh and challenging with each replay. With more than 200 cards, you will have to adapt each time to the synergies that your cards, the discovered buildings and the artifacts allow you.
