The protagonist Taka searches for what happened to his mother, who disappeared from his life just before his sixth birthday. Since then, Taka has lost all memories of his past. His only memory is a small coffee shop on the corner of an alley, where his parents happily made coffee and served customers from all walks of life. While traveling on a plane to his mother’s homeland, he falls off the plane and mysteriously finds himself in the city of Victoria, looking at a coffee shop called ‘Taka Coffee House’, the same coffee shop he remembered so fondly during his childhood. Maybe everything he thought about himself up until that moment about his life has been a big lie. Caffeine: Victoria’s Legacy is a rich fantasy adventure visual novel set in a steampunk Victorian reality.
