You start in a school building where apparently someone recently had a birthday. You don’t remember what you’re doing there, but the atmosphere is bright and quite hostile. You are a small bee in a giant environment and you continually advance. You are free to fly wherever you want and explore any level you want. After you’ve played a bit and enjoyed the feeling of flying, you start to discover the nearby areas and hidden secrets and find a couple of different items. For once, there are energy potions that fill your energy meter to continually fly faster until you run out of energy. Secondly, there are golden flowers hidden everywhere in the levels that you can collect as a reward for exploring even the most hidden parts of the levels; Collecting them all unlocks an additional achievement on each level. Last but not least are the shiny bits of knowledge that show you the way to the next area. Every time you pick up one, the next one will appear in front of you and show you the right path. Once you have found a certain number of knowledge fragments, you can enter the next area and the story continues. Each zone is one more part of a world that a bee could experience and one more small step towards finding a new home. Therefore, each level has a different color theme, general setting, mood and story. At the beginning of each area there is a short break in which a part of the poem is read. The poem talks about the bee and its journey to find a new home and explains a little about the level that awaits it.
