For the tribe to function cohesively, each individual member must also meet his or her own personal needs. They have daily schedules and need rest, food, drink and company to survive. You’re not just building a base: you’re building a living village.
THE VILLAGER SYSTEM: Training villagers increases their abilities either in battle or in their chosen vocation. Cultivating skilled blacksmiths will benefit the tribe, while competent hunters will be able to further explore the world by gathering additional materials to feed the tribe more effectively.
