Aqua Kitty – Defender of the Milk Mine is a fast-paced, retro-style underwater arcade shooter that invites players to pilot a kitty-shaped submarine through underwater battles against relentless mechanical sea monsters. Tasked with protecting milk-mining kitties from the deep sea, you’ll dive beneath the ocean floor to extract precious whole milk in a whimsical world where cats have overcome their fear of water to secure this vital resource. The game features optional two-player local co-op, allowing friends to team up and destroy hordes of enemies together while navigating branching level maps filled with various mechanical enemies. Featuring hand-drawn pixel art in crisp 720p resolution and an energetic chiptune soundtrack inspired by Commodore 64 and Amiga classics, Aqua Kitty offers a nostalgic yet fresh arcade experience. Players can choose from three main campaign modes: Normal, Easy, and Arcade, each offering unique challenges and progression styles. The game’s depth-based power-up system provides tactical control over upgrades, while a double-shot submarine with a rechargeable secondary weapon demands careful management to maximize combat effectiveness. Additional features include a classic infinite mode for endless challenge, a kill chain combo system to increase high scores, and online leaderboards and achievements for competitive play.
