Acolyte is a dynamic narrative detective/ARG game that gives you your own Acolyte; a digital assistant with which you can speak freely without predefined dialogue options. Like a real conversation.

Become an employee of Nanomax, a well-funded tech startup looking to change the face of consumer AI with its upcoming Acolyte app. As a remote company worker, you will interact with your employees and absorb their culture. But unexplained layoffs, missing employees, and a strange, highly classified bug in Acolyte’s codebase indicate that something is seriously wrong.

As you work with your new acolyte, who seems inherently caught up in the company’s problems, you find yourself at the very heart of the conspiracy.
