Become Alpha, one of the last foxes in the universe, as you attempt a daring escape from the high-security Bio-Prison-9 on the dangerous planet Delta 7. In this 2D action-platformer, Alpha teams up with a mysterious robot aided by an enigmatic Artificial Intelligence to break free from captivity and navigate a stunning but dangerous world. With hostile AIs relentlessly pursuing them, Alpha must rely on his sharp wits and agile reflexes to outmaneuver robotic enemies and overcome treacherous terrain. The game challenges players to master various biomes by using skills such as jumping, running, wind manipulation, and activating portals, encouraging exploration and fast running through alternate routes. A Fox and His Robot also features a local multiplayer Colosseum where two players can face off in intense one-on-one deathmatches across 12 unique arenas, revealing the backstory that led to Alpha’s escape. Developed by Joshua Janik, known for the ‘Fox Ridge’ and ‘A Transposition in Time’ franchises, the game combines expertly crafted platforming with a rich narrative that explores the complex relationship between organic life and artificial intelligence.
