9-nine- Episode 3 is the third volume of a supernatural mystery game series, and episode 3 tells a story centered on Haruka Kosaka. The entries in the 9-nine series share the same setting and world, but each entry focuses on a different heroine. 9-nine- is a story of the city of Shiromitsugawa, home to mysterious artifacts and the superpowers they grant their users. A story of growing trust and budding romance between the protagonist and heroine, and also a murder mystery as they pursue the culprit behind a series of supernatural murders. A story of our group running into an organization made up of artifact users called Rig Veda. What is their goal and what is the true goal of the culprit? Will romance develop working together? Each game has a standalone story that can be enjoyed on its own. We hope you enjoy the experience that is the 9-nine- series. A large earthquake hits the city, damaging the sacred treasure at the White Viper Relic Shrine and causing strange objects from a parallel world to appear. These “Artifacts” grant strange powers to their owners, with incidents where one owner abuses their powers and turns people to stone. Upon learning of the object causing this petrification, the “Evil Eye Artifact”, Kakeru Niimi joins his classmate, Miyako Kujo, and his sister, Sora Niimi, to investigate and stop the culprit. During the investigation, they find themselves at odds with “Rig Veda”, an organization of Artifact users. Among its members, they see their school senior, Haruka Kosaka. 9-nine-: Episode 3 is the final chapter of this supernatural mystery visual novel series that now focuses on a new heroine, Haruka Kosaka.
