- Copy your ban details from the console and paste it here, example :

- Find Game demo file, located at cstrike folder
(C:\Games\Counter-Strike 1.6\cstrike\gs2us_dust2.dem, no steam dust2 server example)
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike\gs2us_dust2.dem, steam dust2 server example)
.dem file name differs from server to server, but always starts with gs2us_***.dem
- Upload demo file using a file hosting website, we do recommend using ZippyShare.com.
you can use any other type of file hosting websites expect advertising included ones (ban appeal will be deleted in case).
- Wait and be patient, our staff will review the demo as soon as possible!
- If you admit your fault or we do find that you obviously deserve the ban, you still be able to Buy Unban.
